You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Free Returns: Returns are completely free for the customer. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees.

Return Method & Process

  1. By Mail Only: All returns must be sent via post. We do not accept in-person drop-offs at our physical address without prior arrangement.

  2. Print the Label: To initiate a return, contact us at contact@uktailors.online. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email. The customer must print this label and securely attach it to the return package.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (Visa, Apple Pay, Klarna, or PayPal).
