Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship exclusively to the UK mainland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is entirely Free store-wide on all items, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Our total delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. This consists of a handling time of 1 to 3 business days followed by a transit time of 3 to 5 business days. We process orders Monday to Saturday.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Returns are completely free, but they must be done by mail. The customer is responsible for printing the return shipping label provided by us.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
